writing, sharing, Cooking, connecting.

Through the years, I’ve owned a number of identities but the simplest one is often the one that inspires my writing: I am human. Every other identity, every other intricacy, is tied directly to the vulnerability of humanity that is experienced universally.

My writing is fueled by an endless desire to express and connect. I believe that the most intimate, personal feelings are often the most relatable. Sharing my thoughts, reflections, and poetry helps me remember that my individual experiences are often universal. I hope it alleviates some sense of loneliness for you like it does for me.

Beyond that, I am also a disabled, chronically ill woman. Although I am physically unable to do the work any longer, I am a trained chef with a passion for accessible, approachable, and delicious food. In addition to the recipes I share on various platforms, I also offer virtual cooking classes with accessibility in mind for every class.
